Common Topics

  • Can't log in to the app

    Make sure you are using the correct username and password provided by your employer. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

  • Location or clock-in issues

    The app requires location permissions to clock in and out. Make sure location services are enabled on your device and that the Fivin app has permission to access your location.

  • Not receiving notifications

    Ensure that notifications are enabled for the Fivin app in your device settings. Log out and back in to re-register your device for push notifications.

  • Incorrect schedule or hours

    Contact your supervisor or manager directly to request a correction. You may also submit a correction request within the app under the Time Tracking section.

  • Account or data requests
